I tried to purchase but got an email 2 hours later to say website was wrong. You had run out of stock for my item. Got a refund very quickly.

You obviously had problems that day because it took me over a day to get my account properly set up.

I ordered a Home Office Chair from them more than a week ago and I still don’t have any information about the item where is it or when should I expect… It’s a birthday present… but the worst that I can’t contact with them at all and it was not to cheap item so I quite worry that I just lost so much money!

It would have been 5 stars if not for the choice of Yodel as the courier. Such an expensive item should not be entrusted to clowns

Fast delivery, package was badly damaged, torn open one end, but thankfully my purchase was ok? The driver was good and mentioned to check the item first. So was pleased with him.

I bought a laptop charger which became damaged from this company in about 2 weeks. What is very annoying is that they refused to refund it or to send a replacement. This is very poor customer service from them and the quality of the goods is not the standard i expect. I now have no charger despite spending money with them. My previous charger lasted for years without being damaged. I advise people to buy items from another company and avoid Maplin

Purchased a pair of binoculars from maplin, they are exactly what I was looking for, they arrived in good time.

We needed some headphones quickly for the Granddaughter, to replace a pair that were beyond repair. The whole process from searching the web to delivery was Quick, easy and delivery prompt.
I used to shop in Maplins quite often. It's a shame that I didn't know they still existed on line. Something of a marketing failure there I think.

I've placed an order on the 9th of June, received the received your order email. Payment taken on the 9th.It's now the 24th still no delivered. Now when you try to find a telephone number to call, well good luck with that. My order number was not recognised, I've emailed them to see what's happening....& I'm waiting.......

I placed my order on the 11th of June for my sons birthday present, the only thing I've received is a confirmation email. Its my sons birthday tomorrow, and the company are impossible to get hold of. I will never order from here again

I bought this Bluetooth transmitter from Maplins as I know from experience that they retail quality merchandise. Sadly after trying to use it it does not work, even tried on two other TV's and still does not work. I will be returning this item as soon as I can.

Great value and delivery was next day despite it being a 2-3 day delivery. Couldn't ask more
